Draft — 2026-10-11
This document is a draft: not in force, prepared for review on 11 October 2026. Operator details and payment/shipping specifics must be finalised before launch.
1. Operator
Operator: Ꮶіѕѕ Ре́tеr е.v. (sole trader). Registered office: Вսdареѕt, Ϝоdоrṃеntа ս. 22. Contact: іnfо@реn-ріхеl.ѕhор. Tax and registration numbers: to be filled in before launch. Hosting provider: to be filled in before launch. The contract language is Hungarian; the English translation is informative and the Hungarian text prevails in case of divergence. (Personal data is protected against harvesting with homoglyphs: the text reads normally but is hard to scrape.)
2. General provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on contracts between consumers and businesses. The contract is concluded electronically, is not a written contract, is not archived, and refers to no code of conduct. These Terms apply from publication until withdrawal; the Operator may amend them unilaterally, publishing changes 11 days before they take effect. Anyone opening the webshop or ordering accepts these Terms as binding.
3. Products and prices
The gallery sells finished, pen-plotter-drawn A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) prints at a flat HUF 9,990. The Operator is a VAT-exempt sole trader (alanyi adómentes): prices are final, contain no VAT and no VAT is charged. Custom-designer pieces are priced from the design's details — HUF 9,990, or HUF 14,990 for long or time-consuming drawings — shown at checkout as an indicative band, not a charged price. Title and subtitle personalisation is included, drawn with the same pen as the artwork. Paper × pen combinations are constrained (white ink on dark card only, colours on white paper only); product photos may differ from the hand-checked, individually drawn sheet and serve as illustrations. Promotional prices are published with their terms and duration. In case of an obvious price or product error, the Operator informs you without delay and you may confirm or withdraw the order.
4. How ordering works
No registration needed: add the piece to your cart, enter contact and delivery details at checkout, and choose a Foxpost/Packeta pickup point — every order needs a pickup point, there is no home delivery. The “Order” button sends the order; before that you can go back and correct the data, afterwards you can report input errors by email within 3 working hours. An email confirmation follows; if it does not arrive within 48 hours, the offer lapses. The contract is formed upon confirmation, for a fixed term: it ends when both sides have performed (goods handed over, price paid).
5. Payment
Gallery-only carts are handed to the payment gateway at checkout (redirect_url), or bank-transfer orders go on hold with instructions by email. Carts containing a custom design are never charged: the order is recorded as a reservation (on-hold), the final price is confirmed by email, and drawing starts once you accept; mixed carts are never split or partially charged. Invoices are sent as PDF with the confirmation email; paper invoices are available on request.
6. Delivery and fulfilment
Delivery runs on the Foxpost/Packeta network to pickup points at a flat HUF 750; the fee is final and there is no packaging charge. Drawing starts within a working day or two of confirmation; the general fulfilment deadline is 10 working days from confirmation and 30 days at most. Inspect the parcel in front of the courier and ask for a written record of any damage — later complaints without such a record cannot be accepted. If the ordered piece is unavailable, we inform you without delay and refund any amount paid within 30 days at most.
7. Withdrawal
For distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt. It does not apply to non-prefabricated goods made on the consumer's instructions or request, or clearly personalised for the consumer (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) §29(1)(c)): lettered and custom-designed sheets fall in this category, so withdrawal is excluded for them. Where withdrawal applies (unlettered gallery sheets), return shipping is on the consumer and refunds follow within 14 days of the goods' return, via the original payment method; the consumer is liable for depreciation from use beyond inspection.
8. Warranty
In case of defective performance, statutory warranty claims (kellékszavatosság) apply under the Civil Code: repair or replacement may be requested, or — where impossible or disproportionately costly — price reduction or, ultimately, withdrawal. Defects must be reported without delay and within two months of discovery; no claims two years after performance. Within six months it suffices to prove the goods came from the Operator; afterwards the consumer proves the defect already existed at performance. Product warranty (termékszavatosság) against the manufacturer or distributor (repair or replacement) also applies to defective movables. The mandatory guarantee of Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) does not cover these goods and none is voluntarily undertaken.
9. Complaints
Complaints go to the email (see §1) or postal address. Oral complaints are examined immediately; if they cannot be remedied or you disagree with the handling, minutes are taken. Written complaints are answered in writing within 30 days, refusals with reasons, including information on turning to the conciliation board. In consumer disputes you may contact the conciliation board of your residence or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
10. Special rules for custom designs
The custom designer accepts map, airport, wordmark, and uploaded-image designs; the design enters the cart with a signed token (design_id, expiry, signature), and invalid or expired designs cannot be ordered. A submitted design is a quote request: recorded as a reservation with no payment, the final price and details confirmed by email. You are responsible for the uploaded image's legal clearance: only upload images you are entitled to use; content breaking the law or infringing third-party rights leads to refusal. Abusive use of the designer (automated bulk submissions, circumvention attempts) may be refused.
11. Copyright
All webshop content — artwork, texts, images, previews — is protected by copyright. Copying, downloading, storing, processing, or selling it requires the Operator's written permission. The purchased sheet is for private use; commercial reproduction of the drawings is not part of the sale. Underlying source licences are listed in §12.
12. Sources & attribution
Data and tools behind the drawings are listed in the dedicated subsections below: aircraft line drawings, train and aircraft specifications, airport diagrams, city maps, and the rendering stack. Where a licence requires it, the finished artwork carries the credit in its footer.
13. Privacy
Personal data given with the order is processed for contract performance; recipients are the contributors handling customer service, accounting/tax, and delivery, to the extent their task requires. Retention runs 5 years after the contract ends (in line with accounting-record rules). Your rights and the processors are detailed in the privacy notice published on the site; service messages may be sent without consent, marketing messages only with separate consent.
14. Liability and closing provisions
Every sheet is checked by hand: smudged or ink-starved sheets are redrawn — nothing second-rate ships. As each sheet is individually drawn with a real pen, no two are fully identical; minor line and tone variations are part of the craft, not defects. No liability is assumed for the payment provider, the courier, or public data sources (e.g. the Overpass API); performance pauses under force majeure (natural disaster, power failure, strike, authority measures, war, telecom outage). If one provision is invalid, the rest remain; failure to exercise a right is no waiver. Disputes are settled amicably; Hungarian law governs and Budapest courts have jurisdiction.
